Hello crafty friends. A nice and simple card todayusing a few retired Stampin’ Up! products and my new deckled rectangle dies. I took the layout from Freshly Made Sketches, although I’m too late posting this to submit it to them. Never mind, I’ve also picked up the ‘wings’ theme from Just Add Ink , and ‘anything goes with dies’ from Happy Little Stampers

I started by layering a white square onto a ‘balmy blue’ mat and attaching both to a 6×6 card blank. I then cut two pieces of the blue ‘simply marbellous’ paper (from SU’s Saleabration earlier this year) using the two smallest ‘deckled rectangle’ dies and glued them onto the card front.

I had the butterfly from the retired ‘butterfly gala’ set already stamped & die cut from an earlier card, using the ‘hues of happiness’ paper, so attached that with foam pads, then added one of the sentiments from the set.

A few blue resin dots finished it off nicely.

Thanks for dropping in – I’ll be back tomorrow with something a bit different for me!

The DSP is a great choice to go underneath the beautiful butterfly. So light and airy! Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink.
