Welcome to my crafty blog. I’m still trying to get back into my regular blogging routine after my holiday, so decided to to have a play with my new Claritystamp dies that arrived whilst I was away. They’re sets of nested frames that I think will be getting use a lot over the coming months.
I needed to make a wedding anniversary card for friends, and thought the dies would make a great feature with Clarity’s designer card. I started by cutting a set of the square and circle frames in white card and then selected one of each for the card. I trimmed down a piece of the ‘Shenandoah’ designer card and then glued the square frame around the edge and sat the circle inside it.

Next was to stamp the sentiment inside the circle, using ‘bottle’ Adirondack ink, and then attach the topper to a 6×6 card blank.

I finished by punching out two small butterflies from the offcut of the designer card and glued them onto the card, adding a few gems to each one as the final touch.

Thanks for dropping in. I managed to get this card in the post today so it will hopefully reach its destination in time. These new frame dies are great for creating a focus on a card – I’m off to play with some more of them now!
Really pretty! Love it 🙂
