Welcome to my crafty blog, and a clean and simple card inspired by a couple of this week’s blog challenges. I’ve picked up the lovely rich colours from The Paper Players and teamed them with Cecile’s design from Freshly Made Sketches

I started with a piece of A6 card and stamped the circle from Stampin’ Up!’s ‘textures and frames’ set (one of the current Saleabration offers) in ‘fancy fuschia’ & ‘groovy grapes’ Artistry ink and ‘dusty concord’ Distress ink.

I added the sentiment from SU’s ‘punch party’ set in the ‘groovy grapes’ and then mounted the card onto a piece of matching purple before attaching it to an A6 card blank.

I finished by cutting one of the leafy sprays from SU’s ‘forever flourishing’ dies and glued it across the circles.

I do like a nice & easy card. This would look great in lots of other colour combinations as well.
Very nice! Love the sketch/design!

Clean and beautiful, Deborah! I love how you stamped the circles in the challenge colors. They form the perfect backdrop for the die cut leaves. Thank you for playing in my color challenge at The Paper Players this week!
