Hello everyone. I’ve got a look at a few more of the characters from the new Christmas Animals sampler stamp set on today’s card, this time showcasing the hare, the goose and the moose. I just love the expressions on their faces!

I started by stamping the three squares onto offcuts of premium card and brought them to life with my Polychromo pencils, using turquoise for their hats and scarf to match the Antarctica paper that (for once) I’d already picked out for my background.

I attached the Antarctica paper to a 5×7 card blank, then edged my little toppers with a black Sharpie, glued a little scrap card onto the back of each to lift them slightly and attached them to the card front.

Finally, I added a few of the Christmas Animals sentiments around my toppers – I just love the ‘silent night’ one!

Don’t you think these little characters (all drawn by Barbara) are just such fun? I can see that I’m going to get a lot of mileage out of these (and the main Christmas Animals collection).
This little trio are off to spread the festive fun a bit further at We Love Stamping, who are looking for ‘Christmas critters’ and Make My Monday, whose theme is ‘winter animals’. And I’ll be back tomorrow with some more of these fun characters.
