Hello crafty friends. I’ve got a simple notecard to share with you today using a selection of the Dotted Blooms flowers with one of the Statement Sentiments stamps, all in shades of purple.

This is all on one layer, using a 5×5 card blank. I simply stamped a bunch of flowers using three of the stamps in ‘villainous potion’, ‘wilted violet’ and ‘dusty concord’ Distress Oxides, then added the stems having masked the flowers (there are pre-cut masks that come with the stamp set). I then took several of the little individual leaves and added these to the stems, using the same inks to match each flower.

I finished with one of the Statement Sentiments, again in the ‘villainous potion’. That was it!

I think these look like a clump of wild flowers, such as you’d see growing by the roadside – what do you think?
