baby clothes

Hello crafty friends. I’m back with a couple of cards today that I made with ClarityCrafts ‘adorable baby’ stamp set and one of their new ‘nested square hearts doodle frame-it panels’ dies.

I need these for my stash, but was prompted to make them by the challenges at Just Us Girls and Inkspirational, pulling in the layout from Just Add Ink

I started with one of the new doodle heart panel dies, cut a square of Antarctica designer paper with it adn attached it to a 6×6 card blank. I found another offcut of the paper that was mainly pinks, part stamped the baby clothes on the washing line onto it and fussy cut the babygro and vest, adding shade to the heart with a Pergaliner pencil.

I cut a couple of circles from scrap white card, attached the baby clothes to them and added them to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment onto another bit of scrap card, fussy cut it and glued it to the card front finishing with a couple of enamel hearts. I did a second card using the same design, but this time in blues for a baby boy.
