Welcome to my crafty blog featuring another of the ClarityCrafts Art Nouveau stamps – this time the other one from the ‘congratuations & thinking of you’ set that I used yesterday. As I said then, Barbara Gray will be showcasing these stamps on Create & Craft TV on Sunday afternoon at 3pm.

I took quite a simple approach to this card and started by stamping the lilies image onto a piece of the 5×7 Indian Summer designer card, then shaded it with Pergaliner pencils

The next step was to cut the card with nested dies to create a frame and a centre piece, stamping the sentiment below the lilies. I rotated the frame 180 degrees to offset the pattern and attached it to a black 6×6 card blank

I then mounted the centre section onto a layer of black card and attached it to the card front, popping a scrap piece of card behind it so it sat level across the die cut frame.

And that was it (I said it was simple!) Thanks for dropping in.
