Hello there! Did you catch the Clarity shows on Create & Craft TV yesterday? So much Christmas inspiration! One of the additional sets on the shows was ‘Barb’s funky houses’, orginally launched last year, and I thought they’d be perfect for our new theme of G for Green at Alphabet Challenge, together with the ‘CAS – anything goes’ challenge at Less is More

I started by stamping the curvy fields onto a square of white card then covered them up with the pre-cut mask so I could add in two of the little houses and a few trees. I used three shades of green Pergaliner pencils to shade in the trees and fields, I then switched to browns to colour the houses.

Finally, I added one of the phrases from the ‘occasions sentiments – Christmas’ sets and attached the topper to a 5×5 card blank. Job done!

So how are you inspired to use green on your cards? There’s more inspiration from the rest of the Alphabet Challenge team over on the blog page – come and play along with us. The challenge runs until Thursday 13 July and we’d love to see what you create.

Green is my favorite color so this is right up my alley! Might have to play in this one! 😉
