Hello crafty friends. Just a quick post this eveing, using Stampin’ Up!’s ‘spruced up’ set once again with non-traditional colours. I’ve taken the palette from Global Design Project, linked with the theme from AAA Cards and added in a dash of Happy Little Stampers (without the optional stencilling)
I stamped the two trees from the set, one in ‘Bermuda Bay’ and the smaller in ‘Tahitian Tide’ (these colour names are certainly not traditional for Christmas!), then die cut them. I glued the outline from the taller tree onto a 5×5 card blank, then added the two die cuts.
I stamped the sentiment onto pink card, heat embossed it in white and trimmed the card around the words before gluing them onto the card front. A pink star atop one tree and a present at the base of the other finished things nicely.
Thanks for dropping in. I’m off to supper with a friend now, before we watch the Strictly Come Dancing final!

Such a sweet card with that fun color palette. Thank you for sharing your work with us on the AAA Cards Challenge.
