Welcome to my crafty blog. I decided to share a sympathy/encouragement card I made inspired by the design over at this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge https://freshlymadesketches.blogspot.com/

I’ve used the leafy heart stamp from Stampin Up’s ‘touched my heart’ set, and stamped it twice in dark green onto a piece of white card, reversing the second one to reflect the triangles in the sketch.

I stamped the butterfly from the set in purple, and then coloured it and the leaves in using Pergaliner pens

I mounted the card onto a dark green piece of card, and then added the sentiment on a separate piece of white card with foam pads

I finished it with a few crystals before mounting the whole piece onto a 6×6 card blank.
