Welcome to my crafty blog. I’ve come to stay with my sister for a few days, which is lovely as we haven’t seen each other for over 6 months due to lockdown. The other lovely thing is that she is also a crafter, so I get to play with her stash! We spent today at a local wildlife park, and I just couldn’t resist these cute zebra stamps from Stampin Up to make a quick card this evening.
I started with an A6 card blank and cut a piece of floral paper to cover the lower part of the card, so my zebras will look like they’re standing in a field. I then stamped two of the little zebras and fussy cut them out, to sit on the floral paper. It was a bit fiddly, but worth the effort.

I stamped two of the sentiments in the upper left part of the card, before attaching the zebras using foam pads. I finished the card by stamping the little stars over the heads of the zebras

It’s so good to be able to see family again, and the joy on these zebras’ faces just sums up what a great day we had.
OMGosh, these little zebras are adorable! Love the ‘field of flowers’ too! So cute!

So cute – and the perfect way to end a safari day visit! You’ve inspired me to create something with my set which as yet hasn’t seen ink!
