I decided to use the ‘beautiful friendship’ set from Stampin Up!, as I love these florals. I started by embossing the lower part of a piece of white card with a swiss dots folder. It wasn’t large enough to emboss the card diagonally, so I attached a thin strip of white card crossways to give me a guide line when attaching the flowers. I stamped a few of the spray flowers onto the card in purple, and then added a cut out of the large roses stamp. I had stamped this in pink, using the smaller rose to then add a darker centre, before cutting it out

I then stamped several of the flowrr buds and the leaves onto srap card and cut them all out, so I could add them either side of the roses along the diagonal strip.

It’s actually quite therapeutic spending time just building up a spray of flowers with the individual pieces (although I’m not normally a great flower arranger in vases, I have to admit!).

I finished by adding the sentiment into the top corner of the card (where it fortunately fitted!), before mounting it onto a 5×7 card blank.
