Hello crafty friends. I’ve got a spring blossom inspired card to share with you today, with another take on the new Branches, Twigs & Sprigs stamps from Clarity, together with one of their new Dotted Dragonflies. I was inspired with this design by a card I saw a while back on Pinterest – can I find it now to credit the crafter, well of course not!!

I started by cutting one of Clarity’s 3.5″ squares of Premium Card into four and then randomly stamped the two sentiments from the Dotted Dragonflies set in ‘shadow grey’ Archival ink.

I then added several of the Branches, Twigs & Sprigs in ‘watering can’ Archival, together with a little bird and one of the dragonflies. Taking a couple of the little flower stamps from the set, I filled my twigs with blossom in ‘saltwater taffy’ and ‘kitsch flamingo’ Distress Oxide.

I then simply attached the four mini toppers to a 5×5 card blank, using a ruler to ensure they were evenly lined up. I couldn’t decide on a focal sentiment, so left it without one.

Don’t you think this blossom looks so pretty against the grey ink? We’ve had a few warm sunny days recently and the blossom is starting to appear on the trees, which does make the world feel a better place! I’m going to share this little creation with a few current challenges, starting with the ‘spring’ theme at The Four Seasons. AAA Cards have also got spring at the centre of their 1+1 challenge, to which I’ve added ‘flowers’ and my blossoming trees also fit the bill at Beautiful Blossoms.
