Hello everyone. It’s a lovely sunny day here today, so the perfect time to share some more new stamps from Clarity Crafts, which Barbara will also have on her HobbyMaker TV show at 2pm today. Meet the Art Deco Special Day set which has some lovely sentiments in it. I paired them up with one of the Spring/Summer backdrop print toppers for a pretty scene.

I chose one of the toppers and cut it square, then ran low tack tape along the lower edge of the printed image. I could then stamp two of the flowers from the set with ‘watering can’ Archival ink together with one of the sentiments.

Next I added two swallows from Barb’s Favourites Build a Landscape stamps, together with a mount of Indian Summer companion paper. I used a square embedder and a ball tool to emboss a frame onto a 7×7 card blank and sat the topper within it.

I’ll be tuning in to catch Barbara’s 2pm show – always looking for more inspiration for my crafting stash! Before then, I going to share this with a couple of blog challenges – Cardz4Galz are looking for ‘country scapes’ and Make My Monday have got patterned paper as their theme – I hope my printed topper counts!
