Hello friends and welcome to our new challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches, and it’s a great layout from Suzy. I decided to put the latest Craft Club stamp (the snowflake tag #228) from Clarity into action, rotating Suzy’s sketch to accommodate it.

My starting point was to stamp the snowflake tag and sentiment onto a piece of Antarctica designer paper and then cut it out.

I highlighted the spots on the snowflakes with a Pergacolour pen and then added a narrow mount of Antarctica companion paper. I embossed a frame onto the front of an A6 card blank with a rectangle embedder, then glued the stamped tag into place, butting it up against the embossed edge. I finished with a snowflake punched from the companion paper (I’ve had the punch for years, sat in the back of a cupboard!), adding a little sequin snowflake into the centre.

I’m back in my happy CAS place with this one, after all the bling yesterday! Do come on and play with our sketch at CCAS – we’d love to see how you use it.

Perfectly CAS Deborah! I love the background paper you used – it reminds me of swirly snowflakes falling!

So pretty! I love how you turned the layout so that you could do a tag in lieu of a banner; smart use of the sketch! TFS!
