Hello crafty friends. I’ve got a final look (for now!) at the fab new French Lace sampler stamp set – this time I just used one of the frames, adding in the star flowers (one of my favourite sets!)
I picked up the colours from this lovely moodboard at AAA Colourful, adding in the ‘summer flowers’ theme from Stamping Sensations.
I kept it simple on a one layer card, first stamping the frame twice directly onto a 6×6 card blank. I added the star flower spray into the frames, colouring the image with Pergaliner pencils, then used a yellow Pergacolour pen to dot in the outline of the frames.
All it needed was one of the sentiments from the French Lace set and it was finished!
I love mixing my stamp sets together – you get so much more value for money from them that way!
