Hello friends. Well, the new big SHAC people stamps are now live and kicking on Clarity’s website and Barb will be on Clarity Social TV at 2pm today to put them through their paces. I’ve teamed up one of the characters from Set 2 with the circle clean & tidy layout stamp on this card for a cheerful offering, using the tones from Color Hues

The first step was to stamp the outline layout onto a 6×6 piece of stencil card using black Archival ink, and then add my fabulous lady into the centre circle. The layout stamps come with pre-cut masks for each section, so I added those onto the card, together with a bit of masking tape for her skirt. I then used the clouds & hills masks from the build a scene set, brushing ‘broken china’ Distress Oxide across it for the sky and giving her a little landscape below it.

I switched to the infill layout stamp and brayered ‘broken china’ and ‘squeezed lemonade’ onto it. I masked off the central circle, the horizontal panel and the small moon before then stamping the infill into place.

I shaded Little Miss Fabulous’s dress with yellow Pergaliner pencils and added a little to the sun as well. Once all the ink was dry, I laid a square embedder onto the topper (slightly smaller than the piece of card) and embossed a frame around the stamped outline. I added a mount of blue Waimea Falls companion paper and attached the topper to a 7×7 card blank. The final step was to cut one of the KISS word stickers into pieces and fit it onto the horizontal panel.

I have to say, all these stamps are rather fabulous! I’ve got a few more ideas to share with you over the coming days!
