Easter at Sparkles Challenge

Hello there. We’ve reached the middle of March and it’s time for our new theme at Sparkles Challenges and it’s all about Easter! The daffodils are now out in my garden so I reached for the stamp that’s in the ‘Wales Framer’ set, with the new ‘potted plants alphabet’ stamps working perfectly for an acrostic cross (I love this font!)This card’s definitely full of spring, so perfect for the theme at The Four Seasons, together with the colours from AAA Colourful.

I started by building the cross with the alphabet letters. Using low tack tape for a guidline, I stamepd ‘blessings’ down the front of a piece of card that I’d cut to fit on a 6×6 blank, then added a second piece to run across from the first S to stamp ‘Easter’.

I kept the bottom piece of low tack tape in place and stamps the daffodil spray twice, colouring it with Pergaliner pencils, then added the grass with one of the infill leaves stamps from the new ‘potted plants set 1‘.

I added two of the little birds from the ‘Just woodland & birds‘ set, before cutting the topper with one of the ‘lattice‘ doodle frame-it panel dies. I popped a mount of Amazonia companion paper behind it and attached the topper to the 6×6 card blank.
