Hello again! Bit of a busy blog day today, with lots going on! ClarityCrafts have got another launch this evening and tomorrow on Create & Craft TV – these are fab new dies with decorative panels that fit in the window door dies giving you great apertures. Having said that, I decided to just use one of the decorative panels on this card, picking up the blue tones from Colorful Options.

I trimmed down half a 5×5 card blank and cut the panel into it twice, leaving a gap between the two die cuts. The shape formed an octagon, so I used one of the shaped embedders to put a frame around the die cuts.

I then simply mounted the card onto a square of Indian summer card (love those blues) and then onto a 6×6 card blank. To finish, I stamped the sentiment from ‘just wings & wheels’ with ‘cobalt’ Archival ink.
