hexagon flowers

Helklo crafty friends and welcome to another look at the new ‘just butterflies & bees’ stamps from ClarityCrafts, this time focusing on the flowers. I’ve picked up the left hand diagonal from TicTacToe‘s grid – flowers, free & diecuts.

The first step was to cut six hexagons from the new Infusions paper. I lined them up half a 5×5 card blank and then stamped the images onto each piece in turn (laying them out like this helped me make sure I got them all in the right orientation). I highlighted each image with Pergaliner pencils and then glued the hexagons into place.

I mounted the card onto a layer of Waimea Falls companion paper and attached it to a 6×6 kraft card blank. The final touch was to add the sentiment from the ‘summer tags & frames’ set.

So that’s a bit of a different take on the stamps – just shows how versatile the set is!

  1. This is an unusual design Deborah and I love it! The hexagons make a grounding base to your delicate flower wreath. Thank you for coming to play with us at Tic Tac Toe Challenge! Vicky x
