Hello again! Following on from yesterday’s card, today’s features the April stencil from ClarityCrafts – it’s a lovely meadow frame. I’m very late posting today as I’ve been busy with design team samples for Clarity’s TV shows next week, not helped by a viral infection which is making me feel rather rough! I’ve used the peach & green from the last Color Hues challenge (which ended today and I’m too late to share it with them!) but have also picked up Seize the Birthday‘s ‘topping’ of any colour plus green, together with the left hand column (stencil, green & foliage) from TicTacToe‘s grid.

So, just a quick run through on my process. I laid the stencil on a piece of card cut to fit a 6×6 blank, together with the centre piece which comes with it, then sponged ‘rustic wilderness’ Distress Oxide through the foliage around the top and ‘dried marigold’ through the flowers at the bottom. I removed the central panel and brushed more of the ‘dried marigold’ across the clouds mask to create the sky.

I added one of the ‘entwined sentiments’ and a flock of birds, then ran a black Sgharpie around the card edges and attached it to a 6×6 card blank.

Thanks for dropping in. I hope you;ve had a good weekend – I’m off for an early night to try and shake this bug!
