swirl round stencil

Hello there! I finally got round to playing with the stencil from Clarity‘s September Craft Club, inspired by the photo and colours at AAA Cards and a final offering for the gratitude theme of the quote at Time Out

Nothing too complicated on this one today! I simply laid the stencil across the corner of a square of white card and blended several blue Distress Oxides through it. Starting with the darkest, I used ‘chipped sapphire’, ‘blueprint sketch’, ‘broken china’ & ‘speckled egg’.

All I then needed to do was add one of the ‘entwined sentiments’ in ‘chipped sapphire’, mount the topper on a layer of navy card and attach it to a 6×6 card blank.

Thanks for dropping in. I’ve had a brilliant but busy afternoon with my craft group, so I’m spending the evening with my feet up!
