Hello there! I’ve got another one of ClarityCrafts new A5 quote postcards for you today, thanks to our new theme of N for Nature at Alphabet Challenge. These postcards are great for decorating and I thought the sentiment on this one was a perfect partner for the ‘riverside landscape reflection masks’, which also means I’ll be sharing it with Stencil Fun.

I started with the outer mask to create the trees across the postcard, brushing ‘mowed lawn’ Distress Oxide across them. I covered the trees with the rest of the mask, then blended ‘rustic wilderness’ across the mountains mask with ‘broken china’ for the water.

I kept trees mask in place and covered the mountains, adding a moon mask and brushing ‘mustard seed’ into it for the sun. I covered that with the inner circle mask and then used the clouds mask with ‘broken china’ for the sky.

Frustratingly, I’d made a mess on part of the sky by blending too much ink over the clouds, so finished with stamping a flock of birds over that area! I also added two little ducks with one of the little ‘extras’ masks from the set.
