Welcome to my Sunday blog and this week’s dip back into Clarity’s Craft Club. Today I’m showcasing the ‘just for you heart aperture’ die from February 2022 (#38), which makes a great ‘any occasion’ card and works so well with a piece of designer paper and a frame.

I started with a piece of ‘Barb’s favourite – Toscana’ designer paper, trimmed to fit on a 6×6 card blank and cut a frame into it using one of the ‘nested square heart doodle aperture frame-it’ dies. These are great for creating inlaid frames – once cut, I attached it to the card blank.

I cut a small square of card, just slightly larger than the die, and then cut the ‘just for you heart aperture’ into it. That then went onto the designer paper, in the centre.

That’s all it needed – the die does all the work on this one!

Thanks for dropping in – I hope you’ve had a good weekend and feeling ready to start the new week tomorrow! Just a quick reminder that the back issues of Clarity’s Craft Club from previous years are available on their website here. I’m heading off to share this card with the challenges at Just Add Ink and Happy Little Stampers

The PP with the added die cut pattern is so pretty and that heart aperture is exactly right to go with it. A lovely card indeed.
