Welcome to my crafty blog. Today I’m sharing a birthday card I made for a friend who I know enjoys a quality cup of coffee; hopefully it won’t be too long before we can meet for a cup in real life. The ‘coffee cafe’ set from Stampin Up was perfect for this card – I love the coffee cups from the matching die set.

I started by cutting a piece of paper from the co-ordinating designer paper to cover a 5×7 card blank. I then put a piece for kraft paper across the centre of the card to form a panel, to set the coffee cups against.

I then stamped and cut out the two coffee cups, the lids, the card sleeve and three sets of coffee beans

All that remained was to put them together onto the card.

I really miss being able to easily meet friends for coffee. Hopefully it won’t be too long before life starts to return to normal again.
