Hello crafty friends! I’ve got a busy day today with two shows on Clarity Social TV – I’m kicking off at 10am with Sam’s Shapes stamps, so here’s a look at one of my demos using the ‘don’t be such a square‘ set (plus a little friend!) This first demo is also my design team card for the new H for Home theme at Alphabet Challenge, thanks so the addition of a roof to the square stamp!

I opted to start with one of Barbara’s landscape backdrop print toppers, stamping the sentiment from the Quotes Set 2 and one of the squares that I thought looked like a window & door on a house.

I added a roof & chimney using a micron pen, together with one of the small SHAC people stamps, shading them in with Pergaliner pencils. After trimming the topper down to a square, I edged it with a black Sharpie. I then created an embossed frame on a 6×6 card blank using a nested square embedder, before popping the topper to sit within it.

So there you are, a simple start to the day. And the even better news is that Clarity have got a 30% off sale running through until midnight on Monday and all these stamps are included!
