Hello friends and welcome to the weekend! I’ve got another card to share with you today using wonderful new Timestamp Creations collection from Janice Phillips that Clarity Crafts have created from her wonderful photography. Each of the sets has a little crop image cut from the main one and I’ve used the one from the ‘always look up‘ set today on a small piece of Clarity’s designer card. I’m going to share this one with a couple of challenges – Cardz4Guyz are looking for ‘clean & simple’ designs and I’ve picked up Love Those Pretty Papers optional twist of ‘red’.

You won’t be surprised to learn that there’s very little to say about the design process for this card!! I started with an offcut strip of Indian Summer designer card (I’ve got a lot of those from cutting the 5×7 card down to a square), trimmed it into a small square and stamped the little crow on the rock onto it with black Archival ink.

I then simply ran a black Sharpie around the card edges and sat it within a frame that I’d embossed onto the front of a 4×4 card blank with a small nested square embedder. I thought the sentiment from the set was the perfect addition!

Now my cards don’t get much more ‘clean & simple’ than this! More importantly, it’s a message of encouragement to Janice to ‘keep taking those snapshots’!
